Letting Go Candle Spell
Do this at a time when you feel relaxed and won’t be disturbed.
You will need:
- A white candle for strength and purity
- A pink candle for love and healing
- A blue candle for peace
As you light each candle in turn, with intent, state the following:
“I leave the past where it belongs, and welcome a fresh start
I release all that holds me back, and does not serve my heart
I replace my overthinking, with peace and harmony
Such is my magickal energy, that as I will it, so mote it be”
Meditate as the candles burn, imagine yourself walking boldly and confidently away from all that plagues you – feel the joy of moving forward to happier times with a joyous heart.
Know that you will no longer dwell on painful memories, but simply use the learned experience to move forward with strength.
New Beginnings Charm Bag
You will need:
- Lavender for peace
- Pine for healing
- Birch Bark for new beginnings
- Moonstone for inner strength and peace
- A bag or pouch that can be firmly tied closed.
If you don’t have all of the items listed, work with what you have – your intent and belief are key!
Relax, and work on your charm bag with intent – each and every item placed in your pouch should be held a while and charged before being placed inside.
Know that this charm will help you to start afresh, to leave behind any failures, guilt, bad memories, and negative emotions; know that you will move into the future feeling lighter and more joyous! Keep the pouch with you until you feel it is no longer needed. At this point the herbs can be given back to nature with thanks, and the crystal can be cleansed for re-use. ✨
New Beginnings Ritual
You will need:
- Two small pieces of paper
- Black Pepper (to banish)
- Strawberry Leaf (to attract)
Write on a piece of paper anything you’d like to leave behind you. Fold the black pepper inside the paper, and using a safe, fireproof container, burn it! Visualise all these things evaporating from your life. Breathe in positivity, and breathe out negativity – feel free of past burdens.
Now take the other paper and note down everything you’d like to attract. Fold the strawberry leaf inside the paper and plant this somewhere. This could be in the forest, your own garden, or even a flower pot. Know that as you plant it, your dreams will grow into reality! 🌿
