When will I receive my Casket?
Each month, between the 14th and 17th, our Caskets are sent out into the world! ✨
For those of you in the United Kingdom, your Caskets travel via Royal Mail Tracked Service and usually arrive within 2–5 business days (though very occasionally they like to take the scenic route).
For our International subscribers, Caskets journey across realms via Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail claims they’ll arrive within:
- 3–5 business days to Europe
- 5–7 business days to the rest of the world
…but in our experience, those magickal timelines can stretch anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your realm. Sometimes much sooner – when the winds (and customs) are kind!
🔮A gentle reminder:
If your Casket seems to be taking a detour, it’s often simply waiting at your local sorting office, held safely until claimed. Before reporting a Casket as lost, please give them a call – it’s where most missing Caskets are rediscovered!
💫New to the magick?
If you begin your journey on or after the 15th of the month, your first Casket will be conjured and sent the following month.
What happens if I'm not home when my Casket is delivered?
From time to time, a postal worker may arrive at your door when you’re away adventuring. When this happens, your Casket doesn’t vanish – it’s whisked away to your local Sorting Office, and a little calling card is left behind to let you know where to find it. 💌
But alas, many of these Caskets end up returning to us, marked “unclaimed”, and by then, we’ve often already conjured up a replacement – because understandably, some of you believed it to be lost!
So, a gentle nudge from us: please check with your local Sorting Office before reporting a missing Casket – your treasure may be waiting for you just around the corner. 📦🌙

Our enchanted Caskets travel hidden in plain sight, tucked safely inside biodegradable mailers – concealing the magick within until the moment you open them. 🌿🔒
Rest assured, no one will know what mystical treasures lie inside – just a little mystery arriving at your door.
Will I be charged customs?
🌎 A Note for Our International Subscribers ✨
If you’re subscribing from outside the UK, your Casket may occasionally be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT. While this is rare, it can happen – and these mystical tolls are set by your own realm’s postal and customs authorities.
Aide from the U.S. tariffs which are now included in your Casket price, any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so we kindly encourage you to check your country’s policies on handling, VAT, and duty before subscribing, just to avoid any unexpected surprises on delivery day.
If a Casket is refused or returned to us without authorisation – for any reason, including a refusal to pay customs charges – any refund given will be minus our original postage costs and a £6 handling fee, as we’ve already invested time, energy, and magick in preparing and sending your Casket.

What if my Casket is returned to you?
This creates quite a bit of magickal mayhem for our team, and the cost of sending duplicate Caskets is a huge problem for us.
Where there is a legitimate reason for your Casket’s return (a smudged, or torn mailing label hindering its delivery, for example) we will send a replacement right out to you.
However, in cases where the subscriber has failed to collect the Casket from their local sporting office, or failed to tell us of an address change, or rejected it due to a customs charge, for example, we cannot be expected to pay the cost of replacing Caskets that were never truly missing. Therefore, in these instances you will be offered a refund (minus our fees as per the terms on our ‘terms’ page), or a replacement for which you would be expected to pay the cost of postage (and if applicable, U.S. tariffs)
It is our mission to ensure that every subscriber receives the Caskets they’ve been promised, and your help makes this run smoothly. 💗🌿
Payments & billing
What day of the month will my monthly payment leave my account?
Payments for your magickal mail are processed at the same time each month. If you sign up on the 2nd of the month, for example, the 2nd becomes your regular payment date.⏳✨
What if my payment fails?
Sometimes, the stars don’t quite align and a payment may not go through on the first attempt. When this happens, our system will cast its spell again automatically – first 1 day later, the another day later and then one final time after 1 day.
🌙 So long as one of these attempts succeeds, even if it’s after our usual 15th-of-the-month cut-off, your Casket will still find its way to you – no need to re-subscribe or worry. The magick is still in motion!
However, if all three attempts fail to conjure the funds, the spell is broken – your subscription will be automatically skipped, until we try again the following month.
I haven't received my Casket and another payment has been processed?
If you subscribe on or just after the 15th of the month, you’ve joined us right as our Caskets begin their journey – each one lovingly dispatched around that time every month.
Because our Caskets can take a little while to reach their new homes – especially for our international subscribers (sometimes up to three weeks) – your next payment might be processed before your first Casket has arrived.
Please don’t worry – your first Casket is already in the post, making its way to you through magickal realms (and the postal system!) ✉️🦉
🔮Rest assured: you will always receive every single Casket you’ve paid for. The magick is already in motion.

I would like to change my payment date or shipping address, what can I do?
If you’d like to change the date your monthly payment is taken, a little magick is needed, so please contact us to change your delivery date!
To change your address simply visit your Subscriber Portal and update it there! ✨
Managing your subscription
Do I need to subscribe every month?
No need to lift a wand - your subscription renews automatically each month (unless you cancel). As long as you stay subscribed, you’ll never miss a single bewitching Casket!🌙✨
How do I unsubscribe?

You can gently end your Witch Casket subscription by simply logging into your Subscriber Portal to unsubscribe.
Don’t worry – you’re always welcome to return when the time feels right. The magick will be waiting for you in your subscriber portal.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can skip a month of your Witch Casket subscription by simply logging into your Subscriber Portal and selecting 'skip'.
Don’t worry – if you want to change this you can log into your portal at anytime. The magick will be waiting for you there.

Can I get a refund?
📜 A Gentle Reminder on Cancellations & Refunds🌙
It’s the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel before their next payment is due. Since we begin preparing your magickal Casket shortly after payment, we’re unable to offer refunds if a subscription wasn’t cancelled in time.
✨Cancelling is simple: just follow the instructions in the question above.
If you need a hand with the process, please email us at least three working days before your payment is due, and our Casket Care Team will gladly assist

How do I update my delivery address?
Moving your magickal dwelling? Simply log into your Subscriber Portal, and we’ll update your records with a flick of the wand!
However, please note: we begin preparing our shipping labels 10 days before dispatch, so we kindly ask that you let us know of any address changes before the 5th of the month.
After the 5th, your Casket may already be labelled and entrusted to Royal Mail’s care, making it too late to redirect from our end. 🌙📦
In such cases, it becomes the subscriber’s quest to contact their local sorting office and request a redirection to their new enchanted abode.

Can I purchase just one Casket?

If you’d like to receive just one Witch Casket, simply subscribe as usual, and then you’re free to unsubscribe right away! 🕯
That way, you’ll only be charged for the Casket you’ve just paid for, and nothing more… unless you choose to return to the magick later (and you’re always welcome to do so 🖤).
You’re free to subscribe and unsubscribe as often as you wish – your journey is entirely your own.

A new password will be sent each month, as long as you remain subscribed – so you’ll always have access to a little extra magick. 🖤
Is every past Casket item available in your store?
